Emily was born and raised in Ogden. Along with her siblings, she inherited her father’s love of the outdoors and grew up visiting Utah’s amazing state and National parks, skiing and snowboarding at its incredible resorts, and hiking and mountain biking its extensive trail system. She attended high school at Weber High at the base of Ben Lomond and went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in history, from Weber State University.
Over the years Emily’s love of the outdoors and outdoor sports has continued to grow, and is second only her to love for her family, including her beloved dog, whom she enjoys spending time with as often as she can. She also enjoys furthering her education by reading books and watching documentaries, watching movies, traveling, and enjoying a good conversation over hot beverages with good friends.
